This session is for practicing physicians and hematologists.
This session is a 4-hour, live, CME certified, pre-conference Clinical Success Workshop held in conjunction with the Society of Hematologic Oncology Annual Meeting (SOHO 2025). This interactive session targets global hematology/oncology clinicians who manage patients with MDS and MPNs experiencing anemia.
Guided by esteemed co-chairs, Guillermo Garcia-Manero, MD, and John Mascarenhas, MD, the session will feature a multidisciplinary panel, including experts in hematology/oncology, pathology, cardiology, and supportive care. Through dynamic case studies, interactive polling, and engaging interprofessional discussions, participants will gain actionable insights on:
- Diagnosing and prognosing anemia in MDS and MPNs

- Navigating the evolving role of the multidisciplinary care team
This evidence-based, case-driven format empowers clinicians to apply emerging clinical updates and best practices, fostering collaboration and improving outcomes for patients with MDS and MPNs. Dinner and an open-mic opportunity to ask questions will be provided.
