Tycel Phillips, MD, is Clinical Associate Professor at City of Hope National Medical Center.

Dr. Phillips earned his medical degree from Rush Medical College. He completed an internal medicine residency at John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County, followed by a hematology and medical oncology fellowship at University Hospitals - Case Medical Center.

Dr. Phillips specializes in the treatment of hematologic malignancies, with a specific focus in lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. He is the Principal Investigator for more than 50 clinical trials in multiple subtypes of lymphomas. His research focuses on new and potentially less toxic treatment regimens, with an ultimate goal to improve outcomes and quality of life in patients with lymphoma.

Dr. Phillips is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Clinical Researchers, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the American Society of Hematology.
